A Touch Of Class Recordings (ATOC) was a New York based Record Label active from 1999 – 2008, founded by Oliver Stumm & Domie Clausen as a follow up to the label Liquid Groove (1995-1998).
A Touch Of Class wanted to break away from specific dance music genres while using influences from all kinds of music (Post Punk, Disco, Electro, Reggae, Pop). As such the music label was at the forefront of what later became known as Electro Clash with it’s many facets. A Touch Of Class (as the name implies) brought back elements of irony as well as intellect while making fun of itself.
